Who is responsible for the service
Market Solo is the service responsible for the processing described in this policy. Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests can be sent to admin@market-solo.com.
Information we receive
The information depends on the features you choose to use. It can include:
- Account and contact information, such as your email address and authentication records.
- Project information, including websites, business goals, markets, brand guidance, content, conversations and your workflow decisions.
- Website evidence, such as public crawl results, page structure and the elements you ask Market Solo to analyse.
- Connected-service data that you explicitly authorise Market Solo to access.
- Operational information, including security, diagnostic and audit records needed to keep the service reliable and accountable.
- Waitlist information, limited to the email and source information submitted through the public form.
Google user data
Market Solo connects to Google only after you start the relevant authorisation flow. Depending on the feature you select, Market Solo may access:
- Search Console: authorised sites and measured search-performance data such as clicks, impressions, CTR and average position.
- Google Analytics: authorised properties, streams and measured website, session, engagement and event data.
- Google Tag Manager: accounts, containers, workspaces, tags, triggers, variables and container versions. Market Solo requests editing or publishing access only in context, and publishing remains behind a separate explicit approval.
- Google Ads: authorised account information and the advertising or keyword-planning data used by the feature you request. Market Solo does not create spend merely because an account is connected.
- Google Business Profile: authorised locations, profile information and measured performance used in the Maps workspace.
- OAuth credentials: encrypted access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the connection you authorised.
Market Solo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Market Solo uses Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing features you request. It does not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising or allow external actions to run without the permissions and approvals shown in the product.
How we use information
Information is used to operate your account, keep each project isolated, show connected measurements, research relevant opportunities, prepare content and conversion-tracking work, run workflows you configure, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
When you ask the Agent to use connected evidence, the minimum relevant project context may be processed by an AI service provider solely to generate the requested Market Solo result. Connected data is not made public by Market Solo.
Legal grounds
Depending on the interaction, processing is based on providing the service or taking steps you request before using it, your consent for optional connections and communications, legitimate interests in security and service improvement, or a legal obligation.
Service providers and transfers
Market Solo uses Google Cloud for application infrastructure, Supabase for database and authentication services, OpenAI for requested Agent features, and communications providers where needed to operate the service. They process information only for the contracted service and under their applicable security and data-protection terms. Where processing occurs outside the European Economic Area, Market Solo relies on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.
Information may also be sent to a provider you deliberately connect — for example Google or WordPress — when you authorise that specific operation.
Storage, security and retention
Credentials are kept server-side and stored in encrypted form. Project ownership checks, scoped permissions and audit records are used to restrict access. No online service can promise absolute security.
Project information is retained while the project or account remains active and for the limited period needed for security, recovery and legal obligations. OAuth credentials are retained until the connection or account is removed. Waitlist information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Your choices and rights
You can refuse a connection, disconnect a provider, withhold approval for an external action or ask us to delete your account information. Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send requests to admin@market-solo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority; in Spain, this is the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Children
Market Solo is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request accounts from children.
Updates
We will update this page when the service or its data practices materially change. If a change affects how previously authorised Google user data is used, Market Solo will provide notice and request any consent that is required before using the data for the new purpose.
